What exactly do I receive at the end of a project?
You receive a Figma file with all pages and components, including every screen size in your package. Developer handoff notes are included as Figma annotations. If you have the Brand Kit add-on, you also receive a brand guidelines PDF.

Do you build websites or only design them?
Only design. We produce Figma files that a developer can build from. We can refer trusted developers if you need someone to implement the design.

How do revisions work?
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. A revision round means you submit consolidated written feedback and we implement it. Unlimited revisions come with the Enterprise package.

What if I need more pages than my package includes?
Additional pages can be added at a per-page rate. We quote these at project start if you know you will need them.

How do I pay?
50% upfront, 50% before final files are released. For Enterprise projects we can discuss a three-stage payment schedule.

Can you design for an industry you have not worked in before?
Yes. Good web design is good design regardless of industry. The most important inputs are a clear brief and access to accurate information about the business and its customers.

Do you have experience with accessibility?
Yes. All designs follow WCAG 2.1 AA contrast and text-size guidelines by default. If you need full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance documented, that can be included as a deliverable.

What file format do you deliver in?
All designs are delivered as Figma files. Figma is free to view for clients. If you need exports in other formats (PNG, SVG, PDF), the Brand Guide add-on covers that.

What if I need the website built, not just designed?
We design only and deliver Figma files. We can refer trusted development agencies and freelancers in the region if you need someone to build it.

Do you work with clients outside Ohio?
Yes. We work entirely remotely and have clients across the country. Location has not been a barrier to any project we have run.
