This policy covers refunds and cancellations for services purchased from Ace Design International.
If you cancel after paying the 50% deposit but before your project brief has been approved, we will refund 80% of the deposit. A 20% administrative fee applies.
Once work starts (defined as delivery of the project strategy document or first wireframes), the deposit is non-refundable. You retain ownership of any work delivered to that stage.
All sales are final after delivery of the final Figma files and completion of agreed revision rounds. We do not offer refunds after final delivery.
If we fail to deliver the agreed scope due to circumstances on our side, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work, without deduction.
If you believe there is a discrepancy between what was promised and delivered, contact hello@acedesigninternational.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.
